Airfield Facilities
When you visit the airfield by air you should head straight for the airfield clubhouse to sign in and pay your landing fees. Parking is easy within the site if you are arriving by car. As this is an active airfield please be aware of safety measures and unless you are accompanied by a club member you should stay within the reception or spectator area.
Hangar Space Available
Hangar space is currently available for both microlights and small light aircraft within either our 3 large hangars or the new ‘T’ hangar block. Hangar space rental includes all landing fees.
The hangars and airfield are conveniently situated just off the A1, 25 miles North of Newcastle.
The clubhouse and debriefing room provides a good atmosphere for people to discuss flights past and future and for beginners to learn from their instructors.
Fuel
Aviation fuel is available on the airfield.
